    1. Information I collect

    When you submit a booking request, inquiry, or checkout, I collect the personal information you provide — typically your name, email address, and (for shipped items) your delivery street, city, and postal code. Payment is handled securely by Stripe Checkout, so I never see or store your banking details.

    2. How your information is used

    Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule sessions, deliver digital products, and ship physical items. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third-party marketing agencies, data brokers, or advertisers.

    3. Addresses & postal codes

    Shipping addresses and postal codes you submit are stored securely and used only to confirm local delivery eligibility and to fulfill shipments through my courier partner. They are never shared for any purpose unrelated to delivering your order.

    4. Storage & security

    All form submissions are stored in a secured backend with row-level access controls. Only I have access to the contents of inquiries, bookings, and shipping details. Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are in place to protect your information against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.

    5. Third-party services

    Limited third-party services are used strictly to operate the site: a backend/database provider for storing form submissions, an email service for sending notifications and confirmations, and a shipping courier (UniUni) for delivering physical orders. These providers receive only the minimum information needed to perform their function.

    6. Your choices

    You can request a copy of the personal information I hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion at any time by emailing hello@umari.org. Records tied to a completed order may be retained where required for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
