Shipping Policy

1. Carrier

All physical orders are shipped through UniUni, a Canadian last-mile delivery courier.

2. Rates & delivery times

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Rates are set by region:

• Canada: $4.99 Standard / $12.99 Express. Standard shipping is free on orders over $25 CAD.
• United States: $8.99 Standard / $19.99 Express. Standard shipping is free on orders over $50 USD.

Parcels typically arrive within 1–5 business days after dispatch, and processing before dispatch is usually 1–3 business days.

If you are a classmate or a local, free local delivery may be available. Eligibility is confirmed by email after you submit the request form.

3. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link from UniUni will be emailed to you. Please ensure your shipping address and postal code are accurate at checkout. Re-shipments caused by an incorrect address will be invoiced at the shipping cost quoted for the re-send.

4. Damaged goods & refunds

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@umari.org within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. Verified damage claims will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are not issued for undamaged items, change-of-mind, or delivery delays caused by the carrier.

5. Lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, get in touch and I will open an investigation with UniUni and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
